About Us

TLC learning Academy is a Lancashire based training company offering training courses to Health & Social Care Organisations and the Hospitality Industry. With over 35 years of experience gained within Nursing, Health & Social Care and the Hospitality Trade, TLC is able to deliver a wide range of courses including nationally recognised accredited training as well as bespoke in-house training solutions.

Registered as a training centre with the Charted Institute of Environmental Health and the Health & Safety Executive. TLC Learning Academy is able to provide a wide range of courses and qualifications.

TLC’s aim is not just to provide training, but to motivate all candidates to apply the skills and knowledge gain into the workplace. We aim to provide training that challenges the head, hands and heart; in essence all of our training is designed to develop the cognitive, psychomotor and behavioural abilities of all students.

To enable this we ensure that all of our trainers not only hold the appropriate training qualification, but are also occupationally competent in their own specific area of training delivery.

Due to our unique experience and approach to training we are able to provide a professional but friendly service as well as bespoke custom designed training specific to the needs of your organisation. We aim to offer quality training at an affordable price.

Training can be provided at your workplace, or training venue.
