Over a 5 day period, Learners will build an understanding of the specific roles and responsibilities related to planning and delivering inclusive training sessions.
Topics covered include: maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment, relationships between teachers and other teaching professionals, assessing Learners and providing constructive and developmental feedback. During the course candidates will need to complete 4 written assignments, 1 set of written questions, and a scenario, with a practical assessment consisting of a Microtech in addition to various formative and continuous assessment conducted throughout the course.

Topics covered include: principles and requirements of assessment, how to plan assessments, quality assurance of the assessment process, managing information relating to assessment and more. During the course learners are required to complete a workbook which include assignments (theory assessment) and continuous formative assessments.
